While last weekend's box office went to a bunch of Inglourious Basterds, this weekend is fun because it pits two scary flicks against one another. My friend (and horror aficionado) Scott Weinberg said yesterday that you know it's the end of summer when two horror sequels are going up against one another at the box office. But yet, in a summer that was fairly empty of scary movies, getting two in one weekend should satisfy your appetite for blood, guts and inventive character deaths.
