Just when you think they've finished casting, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 surprises us with yet another huge name. Yesterday Chris Cooper signed on to play Norman Osborn (aka the Green Goblin) in the sequel, offering up yet another clue that this Spider-Man sequel may be building something larger than one movie -- something that may have a lot to do with the success of The Avengers last year.
