Elpidia Carrillo, born on August 16, 1961, in Parácuaro, Michoacán, Mexico, is an acclaimed actor and director known for her powerful performances in both Hollywood and international films. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Anna in the iconic film "Predator" (1987) and its sequel, "Predator 2" (1990). Carrillo's career spans decades, with notable appearances in critically acclaimed films such as "Salvador" (1986) and "Nine Lives" (2005), the latter earning her an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Supporting Female.
