Dave Bautista stars as intelligence operative JJ in the action-packed comedy My Spy. An experienced agent whose physical capabilities are unquestioned, JJ is in hot water with his agency bosses due to his methods. Given one last opportunity to prove his value, he finds himself reluctantly locked in a battle of wills with the young Sophie (Chloe Coleman), who insists that he teach her how to be a spy.
Before JJ meets Sophie, he is forced to partner with the inexperienced agent Bobbi (Kristen Schaal) as they carry out surveillance from a lonely outpost where nothing seems to happen. In our exclusive clip, JJ expresses his frustration with the waiting, while Bobbi waxes enthusiastic about the prospect of learning more about the job from him, a prospect that JJ shuts down immediately with an emphatic gesture that must be seen to be appreciated fully.
