HannahThe first trailer for Hanna has arrived online, and it looks to continue the "Young Girls Kicking Ass" trend that was found throughout 2010 in films like Kick-Ass and Let Me In. This time it's not Chloe Moretz doing the damage, it's Saoirse Ronan (The Lovely Bones) playing a 14-year-old girl who was raised (in the woods, it seems) by her father (Eric Bana) to be a cold-hearted killing machine. While she's on the run from what looks to be an entire government that's out to capture her, she winds up connecting with a French family who want to help her become a regular girl who, ya know, doesn't kill people for a living.

Not the sort of film you'd expect from director Joe Wright (Atonement, The Soloist), but just the fact that someone of his caliber is behind the camera makes us want to see this even more. Hanna, which also stars Cate Blanchett as an investigator out to find Hanna, will hit theaters on April 8th.
