Halloween Kills to bring back Kyle Richards: Another actress reprising her role in a sequel is Kyle Richards. More than 40 years after playing young Lindsey Wallace in the original Halloween (as well as Halloween 2), she will return in the role for Halloween Kills, according to HalloweenMovies.com.
Peter Capaldi to join Suicide Squad 2: Former titular star of Doctor Who Peter Capaldi has been cast in Suicide Squad 2, the DC sequel being helmed by James Gunn. Deadline’s report has no information on his role, but speculation is swirling after the actor revealed he’s having to go bald for the movie.
The Twilight Zone creator is getting a biopic: Donnie Darko director Richard Kelly has told his fair share of strange stories, and now he’s going to honor someone who has done the same. Collider confirmed Kelly is working on a biopic of Rod Serling, the iconic creator and host of The Twilight Zone.
Rooney Mara cast in Guillermo del Toro movie: Oscar-nominated actress Rooney Mara will reunite with her Carol co-star Cate Blanchett in Guillermo del Toro’s next movie, Nightmare Alley. According to Deadline, Mara will play Bradley Cooper’s love-interest, a role portrayed by Coleen Gray in the 1947 version.
