Check Out Amanda Seyfried as 'Red Riding Hood'

'Red Riding Hood'The first official images of Amanda Seyfried as the newest big-screen Red Riding Hood have arrived online showcasing the actresses' beautiful big eyes and striking red hoodie as she looks back over her shoulder, mouth agape, at someone or something amidst the trees. Directed by Catherine Hardwicke (Twilight), and due out this March 11th, this version of Red Riding Hood is set in a medieval village that's being haunted by a werewolf, and it follows a young girl who falls in love with an orphaned woodcutter. Will Red Riding Hood survive her meeting with the dangerous werewolf, go on to marry the woodcutter and live happily ever after, or will she meet her demise? Which would you rather?

'Wolverine' Sequel Gains a Title

Phew, now we know it won't be called X-Men Origins: Wolverine 2, or something of equal ridiculousness. Instead, 20th Century Fox and director Darren Aronofsky have decided to go with a much simpler title for the next Wolverine movie: The Wolverine. Though the character has never been referred to as "The Wolverine" (except for in the very first comic), they've decided to go with this title over all others. Since we already know the film – which Aronofsky told HitFix will be a one-off installment instead of one tied, storywise, to a bigger ongoing franchise – will take place in Japan and follow Wolverine's time there, perhaps the title is a nod to how the character is perceived in a far-away land by a culture who doesn't understand him or his abilities. Filming on the sequel begins early next year, and there's currently no set release date.

'Cowboys and Aliens' Gets a Poster

'Cowboys and Aliens'It's not due out until late July, but Universal is wasting no time in gearing up the promo for what has to be their biggest film of 2011: Cowboys and Aliens. Directed by Jon Favreau straight off back-to-back Iron Man movies, the sci-fi western stars Daniel Craig as a lone cowboy who stumbles into a small town with a metal thing attached to his wrist and an even bigger chip on his shoulder. Once there, he'll be forced to help the town and its inhabitants (including Harrison Ford, Olivia Wilde, Sam Rockwell and Paul Dano) fight off an alien attack. The first poster is now online courtesy of Yahoo, and the trailer is set to debut this Wednesday, and you'll be able to see the whole film for yourself when it hits theaters on July 29th.
