Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann Teaming for 'Knocked Up' Spinoff
If you liked Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann's married couple characters from Judd Apatow's Knocked Up, then get ready for lots more as Universal has announced that Apatow's next film that he will write and direct will focus squarely on those characters, which Rudd and Mann will reprise in an untitled film due out on June 1, 2012. This isn't a sequel or a prequel, but more along the lines of what Universal did with Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him to the Greek. It'll be an entirely new story featuring the same characters from the original film. Seeing as the duo were hilarious in Knocked Up, this is definitely something to look forward to. Thoughts?
The 3D sequel to Clash of the Titans is heating up, with new additions to the cast including hot Venezuelan actor Edgar Ramirez, who is close to signing on as Ares, the God of War. Other folks in the hunt looking to join Sam Worthington and Liam Neeson in the sequel include Toby Kebbell (Agenor), Bill Nighy (Hephaestus), and Hayley Atwell, who's currently circling the role of Andromeda, though she's battling it out with some other younger actresses.
