World War Z 2: Dennis Kelly (British TV's Utopia) will write a new draft of the script for the sequel to World War Z, the 2013 zombie adventure starring Brad Pitt. The project was reignited after director J.A. Bayona was recently rumored for the Jurassic World sequel; Steven Knight (Burnt) wrote a previous draft. Wrong Answer: Actor Michael B. Jordan and director Ryan Coogler will reteam for Wrong Answer, based on the test-cheating scandal that tainted Atlanta's school system in recent years. The duo previously teamed on acclaimed indie Fruitvale Station and the upcoming Rocky spin-off Creed. The project will film after Jordan completes Just Mercy, a drama about a lawyer dedicated to "defending the poor, the wrongly condemned, and women and children." [New York Times]
Inside: A new version of the savage French horror film Inside (2007) is on its way from Spain. The English-language remake will be written by Jaume Balagueró and Manu Diez ([Rec]) and directed by Miguel Vivas (Kidnapped). The original trapped a pregnant widow in her isolated home as she came under attack by a woman who wants her unborn child and will stop at nothing to take it. In the Heart of the Sea Trailer: The final trailer for Ron Howard's In the Heart of the Sea depicts an epic struggle for survival as ship captain Chris Hemsworth and his crew battle against a giant whale.
