Kristen Stewart may be saying goodbye to the Twilight franchise, she will be back in theaters again next month in Walter Salles' On the Road.
The final trailer for the film has arrived online and finds Stewart joining a reflective Sam Riley as Sal Paradise and a mumbly Garrett Hedlund as Dean Moriarty as they drive across America encountering various characters including a pistol-packing Viggo Mortensen.
Amy Adams, Kirsten Dunst, Elisabeth Moss, Steve Buscemi, Terrence Howard and Alice Braga also make cameos in the film which most recently screened at the AFI Fest in Hollywood. The film has been met with mixed reviews, but Salles has an award-winning pedigree with his prior films Central Station and The Motorcycle Diaries.
On the Road was also nominated for the Palme d'Or at this year's Cannes Film Festival. Does it have what it takes to be an award season contender? Take a look at the trailer and let us know what you think.
