For the Star Wars fan who has an extra $96,000 lying around... where were you? You could've totally snatched up the original "Slave Leia" costume Carrie Fisher rocked inside Jabba's palace in Return of the Jedi

That's how much one person did in fact pay for the vintage Star Wars prop at a recent online auction hosted by Profiles in History. Who that person was and what they plan to do with Leia's bikini, we do not know -- and do we even want to know? Not sure about that one.

Surprisingly (or maybe not), Leia's gold bikini wasn't the highest earner at this particular auction. The Star Wars prop that went for the most amount of money was connected to the same character, though. A miniature model of Princess Leia's "Blockade Runner" -- which is the ship that's captured by Darth Vader at the very beginning of the first Star Wars -- sold for a whopping $450,000, via CNN.

What's the one Star Wars prop you wish you owned?
