In this sequel to the frighteningly successful horror film The Conjuring, demonologists Lorraine (Vera Farmiga) and Ed Warren (Patrick Wilson) investigate supernatural hauntings in the U.K. The Conjuring 2 follows the Warrens as they travel to North London, where a single mother and her four children are being plagued by evil spirits in this real-life case that became known as "England's Amityville."

In this Fandango Movieclips exclusive featurette for The Conjuring 2, writer-director James Wan discusses how he is looking to bring respect back to studio horror films and elevate the art form. Producers Peter Safran and Rob Cowan also discuss the genre and Wan's mastery behind the camera and how that translates into good scares. Actors Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson also talk about how this film feels different from others in the horror genre. This is the fourth time Wilson and Wan have worked together and Wilson describes the experience as "really freaky."

Check out the featurette below and be sure to see The Conjuring 2 when it haunts theaters beginning June 10.
