How often does a comedy come along that you don’t know exactly where it’s going? Rarely, and that’s why this one starring Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Justin Bartha as four shlubs and a bachelor party gone wrong in Vegas is such a revelation. As they find out what happened during their one-night blackout (clues include Mike Tyson’s tiger and someone’s baby in their hotel room, a missing tooth, a stolen police car…) in one ridiculous circumstance after another, the real mystery deepens: what happened to the groom-to-be?

The jokes can veer into the dark side: if you might be offended by implications of pedophilia, racial slurs, a hint of misogyny and scenes of the three guys getting stun-gunned by a classroom of children while a cop giggles with glee, then you’re better off renting a Pixar flick. Otherwise, watch The Hangover for a raunchy-good laugh. Best Extras: "Three Best Friends Song," the longer improvised version of what's in the film; "Map of Destruction," retrace the guys' locations; and "More Pictures from the Missing Camera," 100 photos not seen in the film fill in some of the blanks (BD only).

Inglourious Basterds If the headline touted “DVDs of the Week,” this would have been one of them. Tarantino’s satirical war pic about a band of resistance fighters targeting Nazis for retribution who team up with a beautiful German actress is gory, violent, funny and everything you expect from the director. Watch for Christoph Waltz's excellent turn as a hateful but strangely compelling Nazi colonel.

G-Force There’s a lot of racket going on in this strictly for-kids comedy adventure about cute, special-ops rodents who are able to rappel up walls and track down criminals with the greatest of ease.

Taking Woodstock Ang Lee directs this true-story-inspired coming-of-age story starring young comic Demetri Martin as a kid who plays a key role in the legendary music fest.
