Without a doubt, the hottest costumes this Halloween will be ones that pay tribute to this year's movies. The Halloween-centic Hotel Translyvania 2, Inside Out and, of course, Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be popular choices.
While you could go the easy route and run to your local Halloween store for a mass-produced, off-the-rack costume, why would you? Making the costume yourself not only results in a more original outfit, it also is such a fulfilling and creative endeavor, especially when you get the kids to help!
Check out these nine totally awesome DIY costumes from these innovative and inspired bloggers.
