What is The Hills Run Red about?

Confederate soldiers Jerry Brewster (Thomas Hunter) and Ken Seagull (Nando Gazzolo) steal a fortune from the U.S. Army. But, when the partners in crime are ambushed by Union troops, they have to split up; Seagall escapes with the money, and Brewster gets a five-year jail sentence.
