THE ENFORCER¸1951, Warner Bros., 87 min. D.A. Humphrey Bogart is after the head of Murder, Inc. (Everett Sloane) but is foiled when star witness Ted de Corsia "falls" from a highrise. Bogart gets the back story on the murder racket, presented in flashbacks. Raoul Walsh (WHITE HEAT) reputedly helmed the majority of the film uncredited, when director Bretaigne Windust fell ill.
