Current Paid FanClub Member Benefits

The following benefits are currently available to paid Fan Club members; they may not be available to non-paid members (including that they may not be available during free trials) (although some limited versions of one or more of the following may be available for free trials): 

  • Waived Fees: Waived fees means that you will not be charged ticket convenience fees while you are a paid FanClub Member when you make a ticket purchase while logged into your Fandango account that has the email associated with your paid Fandango FanClub Program membership.  Other types of convenience, or other, fees will not be waived, and may be charged.  In some cases we may limit the number of items you may purchase with waived fees, but we will let you know about that separately

  • Monthly $10 Promo Codes for a Movie Ticket, or Fandango At Home, Discount: Each month while you are a paid FanClub Member, you will receive a $10 Promo Code that can be used to save up to $10 on one movie ticket transaction on Fandango.com or one eligible movie or TV purchase or rental on Fandangoathome.com (the "FanClub Promo Code").

    • You will receive your first FanClub Promo Code on the day your paid membership begins. So long as your paid membership continues, subsequent FanClub Promo Codes will be provided each month on your applicable renewal date, which may vary based on the length of the given month (i.e. 30 vs. 31 days).

    • Each FanClub Promo Code will expire one month after it is issued to you.

    • Each FanClub Promo Code is one-time use only and any unused portions of the FanClub Promo Code will expire upon redemption. For example, if you use your $10 FanClub Promo Code on an $8 purchase, the $2 difference will expire and will not be available to apply to future transactions. If your $10 FanClub Promo Code does not cover the full dollar amount of your transaction (including any taxes and fees), you will be responsible for paying any remaining balance. For example, if you use your $10 FanClub Promo Code on a $24 purchase, you will owe the remaining $14.

    • In order to redeem the FanClub Promo Code, you must be logged into the Fandango account associated with your Fandango FanClub Program membership while completing the applicable transaction on Fandango.com or Fandangoathome.com. If you do not see the Promo Code applied in your cart, it is not being used on that transaction.

    • To redeem the FanClub Promo Code on Fandango at Home, you must enter the FanClub Promo Code during checkout in the field labeled “FanClub Promo Code.” FanClub Promo Codes may not be combined with, or applied in conjunction with, any other Promo Codes or offers. However, FanClub Promo Codes may be used in combination with applicable service credits, subject to the terms and conditions governing such credits.

    • FanClub Promo Codes are subject to Fandango’s Promo Code Policy at https://www.fandango.com/policies/promo-code-policy and Fandango/Fandango At Home transactions, including those where Promo Codes are applied, are subject to Fandango’s other Terms and Policies (https://www.fandango.com/policies/terms-and-policies), including, but not limited to, policies prohibiting or restricting refunds or exchanges and credits (i.e., no refunds shall be given and no credits shall be issued, with respect to any portions of any payments made through the redemption of a Promo Code).

  • Monthly $10 Promo Codes for a FanStore Discount: Each month while you are a paid FanClub Member, you will receive a $10 Promo Code that can be used to save up to $10 on one Fandango FanStore transaction on store.Fandango.com (excluding bundles that include ticketing and/or home entertainment titles in addition to merchandise) (the "FanStore Promo Code").

    • You will receive your first FanStore Promo Code on day your paid FanClub membership begins. So long as your paid membership continues, subsequent FanClub Promo Codes will be provided each month on your applicable renewal date, which may vary based on the length of the given month (i.e. 30 vs. 31 days).
