It’s been three years since the first Sisterhood movie, and the girls who played four best friends have all grown up! Amber Tamblyn, Alexis Bledel, Blake Lively and America Ferrera kept busy with their careers, especially with the recent success of TV series “Gossip Girls” and “Ugly Betty.” Click through to see what they’ve been up to on the silver screen before reprising their roles for Traveling Pants 2.

Blake Lively: Traveling Pants (2005)

Thirsty? Blake starred as Bridget, a budding adolescent who goes off to summer soccer camp and catches the eye of one of the hot coaches. Not sure how many guys went to see this coming-of-age teen flick, but if there were any, she would’ve been the reason. Reality hits hard when Bridget returns home and realizes she misses her mom who recently died. Enter the sisterhood.

Blake Lively: Accepted (2006)

After the first Sisterhood, Blake became the girl next door and co-starred with Justin Long. He tries to win her heart in a romcom about a bunch of slackers who create a college of their own after being rejected from all the universities they applied to.

Blake Lively: Elvis and Anabelle (2007)

Blake also starred in Elvis and Anabelle, which won some awards on the indie film circuit.

Blake Lively: Gossip Girl (2007-Present)

She's currently the hot topic on the CW's "Gossip Girl" series, playing Serena van der Woodsen--whose wealthy family sends her to an elite private school in New York.

Blake Lively: Traveling Pants 2

Blake returns to the Sisterhood as Bridget, who's playing soccer at Brown University.

America Ferrera: Traveling Pants (2005)

Before America's role as hot-tempered and passionate Carmen, she acted in a few TV episodes and indies, including Real Women Have Curves.

America Ferrera: Ugly Betty (2006-Present)

It wasn’t until after her starring role on ABC’s “Ugly Betty” did America’s name shake off obscurity.

America Ferrera: Under the Same Moon (2008)

She went on to act in a Sundance favorite, about a boy who crosses the Mexican/U.S. border in search of his mother.

America Ferrera: How the Garcia Girls Spent Their Summer (2008)

In another indie drama, which released earlier this year, she plays Blanca, a teenager who experiences an awakening during one hot summer.

America Ferrera: Traveling Pants 2

Jumping right back into the drama, America reprises her role as the sister who first found the pants and strives to keep the quartet close. Carmen spends her summer preparing for a Shakespearean play at theater camp.

Alexis Bledel: Traveling Pants (2005)

Unlike Blake and America who were virtually unknown before the first Sisterhood, Alexis rode on fame from a popular TV series…

Alexis Bledel: The Gilmore Girls (2000-2007)

She co-starred with Lauren Graham for seven years in a mother-daughter TV drama series.

Alexis Bledel: Tuck Everlasting (2002)

Two years after her break on "Gilmore Girls," Alexis made her debut in her first theatrical release. Her character, Winnie Foster, falls in love with Tuck, an ever-young man.

Alexis Bledel: Sin City (2005)

Next, she strutted her stuff as Becky in Frank Miller's action/crime thriller, adapted from the graphic novel.

Alexis Bledel: I'm Reed Fish (2007)

Alexis also took a turn on the indie film circuit, starring in I'm Reed Fish with Jay Baruchel.

Picking up where she left off, Alexis reprises her role as Lena who's off to Greece with the rest of the sisterhood to resolve things with the hunky Kostos.

Amber Tamblyn: Traveling Pants (2005)

You don't wanna mess with this aisle. Similar to Alexis' career, Amber had TV and film experience under her belt before joining the cast as Tibby, the only one of the four who spent her summer at home... stacking shelves at Walmans.

Amber Tamblyn: Joan of Arcadia (2003-2005)

Amber's role as a teenager who speaks to God earned the series some divine ratings while it aired. Here she is with co-stars Michael Welch and Jason Ritter.

Amber Tamblyn: The Grudge 2 (2006)

Amber took on a scream queen role in the sequel for The Grudge, an American remake of the Japanese horror/thriller. It wasn't her first time making hair-raising faces. Re-watch The Ring and you'll catch a glimpse of her that's just as frightning.

Amber Tamblyn: Stephanie Daley (2007)

Her independent film, in which she starred as a 16-year-old girl accused of concealing her pregnancy and murdering her infant, won a few film fest accolades and acclaim from the critics.
