IT CHAPTER TWO (SEPT. 6)
Return to Derry, Maine, for this second part of Stephen King’s terrifying It set decades later. Pennywise (Bill Skarsgård) is floating around town again, bringing Bill (James McAvoy), Beverly (Jessica Chastain), Richie (Bill Hader) and the rest of the now-grown Losers Club back to defeat the clown for good.

THE GOLDFINCH (SEPT. 13)
Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Donna Tartt, this coming-of-age drama stars Ansel Elgort (‘Baby Driver’) as a young man with a troubled relationship to the art world after his mother was killed in a museum bombing when he was a boy. Nicole Kidman and Jeffrey Wright co-star.

HUSTLERS (SEPT. 13)
Exotic dancers scam wealthy Wall Streeters in this crime comedy based on a true story. Jennifer Lopez, Constance Wu (‘Crazy Rich Asians’), Lili Reinhart (TV’s ‘Riverdale’) and rapper Cardi B are among the women who become desperate when the financial crisis has a detrimental effect on their profession.

Brad Pitt heads to space in the latest from filmmaker James Gray (‘The Lost City of Z’). The actor plays an astronaut searching for his father (Tommy Lee Jones) at the edge of our solar system, a mission that also concerns the fate of human life on Earth.

RAMBO: LAST BLOOD (SEPT. 20)
One of the most iconic movie characters of all time, John Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) comes out of retirement in this fourth sequel to 1982’s ‘First Blood.’ This time, the Vietnam veteran turned action hero takes on a Mexican drug cartel that has kidnapped a young girl.

DOWNTON ABBEY (SEPT. 20)
Continuing the pop culture phenomenon that ran from 2010 to 2015, the movie sees the Crawleys hosting the King and Queen at their titular English country estate. Most of the cast from the PBS series, including Hugh Bonneville and Maggie Smith, reprise their roles for the big screen.

In this animated feature, a magical Yeti named Everest is found far from home. Now, a few teenage friends must escort him back to his family in the Himalayas, safe from capture by a wealthy hunter. The voice cast includes Eddie Izzard, Sarah Paulson and Chloe Bennett.

Oscar-nominated actor Joaquin Phoenix delivers a fresh take on the titular DC Comics villain in this Batman-less crime drama inspired by Martin Scorsese movies. Robert De Niro even shows up opposite the Clown Prince of Gotham City for the so-serious spin on the superhero genre.

Loosely based on a scandal involving real-life astronauts, this drama stars Natalie Portman as one of NASA’s finest. That is, until she begins to lose her grip on reality. Jon Hamm is her fellow-astronaut lover, while Zazie Beetz plays a trainee who completes a messy romantic triangle.

THE ADDAMS FAMILY (OCT. 11)
Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, Pugsley, Uncle Fester, Cousin It, Lurch, Grandmama and Thing are all animated and still altogether ooky in the latest movie based on Charles Addams’ New Yorker cartoons. The voice cast includes Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Bette Midler, Chloe Grace Moretz and Snoop Dogg.

GEMINI MAN (OCT. 11)
Groundbreaking visual effects and two-time Oscar-winning director Ang Lee (‘Life of Pi’) brings us Will Smith vs. Will Smith. The actor pulls double duty as a past-his-prime hitman and his younger clone, who has less experience but is in better shape and looks more like ‘Independence Day’ era Smith.

JEXI (OCT. 11)
From the duo behind the 'Bad Moms' movies comes a comedy about a guy (Adam Devine) whose new smartphone is as mean as it is intelligent. Also, it is sentient and obsessive. Rose Byrne voices the foulmouthed device, while Alexandra Shipp co-stars as the woman coming between them.

JOJO RABBIT (OCT. 18)
The new comic-drama from Taika Waititi ('Thor: Ragnarok') revolves around a young boy (Roman Griffin Davis) in Hitler's Germany who innocently follows his Nazi leader until he learns that his mother (Scarlett Johansson) is hiding a Jewish girl in their house. Sam Rockwell also stars.

MALEFICENT: MISTRESS OF EVIL (OCT. 18)
The maternal instincts of Maleficent (Angelina Jolie) are put to the test when her goddaughter Aurora (Elle Fanning) announces her intention to marry the son (Harris Dickinson) of a rival (Michelle Pfeiffer) with evil intentions. Chiwetel Ejiofor and Ed Skrein also star in the dark fantasy.

ZOMBIELAND 2: DOUBLE TAP (OCT. 18)
Ten years after a zombie uprising, an unlikely family (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Abigail Breslin) face a new assortment of foes, including bloodthirsty survivors and battle-tested zombies who surprise and confound them. The literal power struggle between Thomas Edison (Benedict Cumberbatch) and George Westinghouse (Michael Shannon), who backed Nikola Tesla (Nicholas Hoult), plays out in this historical drama about the battle of electrical currents. Tom Holland also stars as young businessman Samuel Insull, an Edison ally and co-founder of General Electric.

American icon Harriet Tubman finally gets the movie treatment with this biopic from acclaimed filmmaker Kasi Lemmons (Eve’s Bayou). Widows standout Cynthia Erivo stars as the titular hero, best known for her missions to free slaves via the Underground Railroad. Janelle Monae co-stars in the historical drama.

John Cena finally meets his match: children. Slapstick hilarity ensues with help from Keegan-Michael Key, Judy Greer and John Leguizamo.
