Most Anticipated Movie for Men - Marvel's The Avengers
This ultimate Marvel superhero mash-up is the winning movie for men and the second place film for women, earning 31 and 16 percent of their votes, respectively. Here at Fandango, we think the sky's the limit for this one. Editor-in-Chief Chuck Walton, who recently screened the film, lauds Avengers as "the best superhero movie of all time." Most Anticipated Movie for Women - Snow White and the Huntsman
The top most anticipated film for the ladies has Kristen Stewart donning war armor to take on the evil queen (Charlize Theron) for this darker reimagining of the classic fairytale. Snow White and the Huntsman won 22 percent of the female vote, besting testosterone addled The Avengers, Men in Black 3, and The Dark Knight Rises.

Most Anticipated 3D Movie - The Avengers
Not only is this the top most anticipated film for men, it's also the top pick for 3D! The competition was fierce with a slew of other eye-popping summer films opening, including MIB 3, Prometheus and Disney's Brave, but it's clear auds can't wait to see Marvel's superhero action in a different dimension on the big screen.

Tim Burton's spin on vampire comedy Dark Shadows is one of many collaborations with Johnny Depp, and moviegoers are most excited to see Depp's transformation into the undead Barnabas Collins. Depp beat out such competition as Charlize Theron as the evil queen in Snow White and the Huntsman and Tom Hardy as Bane in The Dark Knight Rises.

The Avengers takes another round, winning 39 percent of all votes for the ensemble cast moviegoers are most excited to see, besting The Dark Knight Rises and The Expendables 2.

Among the most anticipated family friendly films, Madagascar 3 blew Ice Age: Continental Drift, Dorothy of Oz, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days and Brave out of the water.

Most Anticipated On-screen Duo - The Men in Black
The Men in Black are back, this time for a time-traveling plot as Will Smith ventures into the past to find out what happened to his partner in crime (Tommy Lee Jones/Josh Brolin). MIB 3's on-screen duo of Smith and Brolin/Jones takes first place among voters, ousting Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth in Snow White and the Huntsman and Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone in The Amazing Spider-Man.
