Hide and Seek: Pixar Easter Eggs

In every Pixar movie, there is a nod to previous (or future) Pixar flicks. Here is just a brief sampling of some of the clever hidden Easter eggs - take a look!

Toy Story

The red lamp that helps to 'push' Buzz out of the window in the first Toy Story is a nod to Pixar's first Oscar nominated short film, Luxo, Jr.

A Bug's Life

The infamous Pizza Planet delivery truck that first shows up in Toy Story makes an appearance in A Bug's Life and quite a few other Pixar films.

Toy Story 2

Hanging on the wall behind Buzz and Rex in Toy Story 2 is a A Bug's Life calendar.

Mrs. Potato Head can also be seen reading a book about A Bug's Life in Toy Story 2.

And more A Bug's Life references as Buzz runs by some of their toys in Al's Toy Barn.

Monsters, Inc.

Little Boo's room has a ball from the Luxo, Jr. short on the floor, and a Toy Story 2 Jessie the Cowgirl doll on the table.

The villain Bomb Voyage from The Incredibles is seen in the background in Ratatouille.

Wall-E collected a lot of junk in his trailer including this Mike Wazowski toy from Monsters, Inc.

The Pizza Planet delivery truck can be seen on the street in Up as Carl's house floats by.

The ball from Luxo, Jr. and the toy plane from Toy Story are on the floor in this little girl's room as Carl's house floats by her window in Up. Also on the floor in the corner is Lots-O'-Huggin' Bear, a new character from Toy Story 3.

In one of the first trailers for Toy Story 3, Rex can be seen re-booting Buzz and his batteries are made by BnL (Buy N Large), the company in WALL-E.

Mr. Ray the stingray from Finding Nemo can be seen on the toy shelf in Toy Story 3.

A red toy car on the floor is clearly a nod to Lightning McQueen from Cars in the trailer for Toy Story 3.
