Who would have pegged Josh Brolin as a young Tommy Lee Jones? Based on what we’ve seen so far of Men in Black 3, he pulls it off, at least if that assessment is based on looks alone. Of course performance is a major factor in whether or not one actor can pass as a younger version of the other, as a parent, sibling or perhaps even an identical twin, but looks alone certainly help should the following ever team up for a look-alike movie.

Francis Lawrence/Bradley Cooper
Directors are important in the filmmaking process, but it’s the actors’ faces we remember, not the person behind the lens. Thanks to recent Catching Fire crew news, Francis Lawrence’s face is all over the place and it’s tough not to notice that the guy’s got an uncanny resemblance to Bradley Cooper. How about a director/star relationship? It’d be amusing to see these guys walk the red carpet together.
Tom Cruise/Miles Fisher
How could this duo not make the list when Miles Fisher pulled off a pitch-perfect Tom Cruise impression in Superhero Movie? He’s got the look, the voice and is easily the best thing to come out of that film. On top of that, Fisher is just genuinely talented. Apparently the guy has a thing for spoofs because his music video “New Romance” made waves before the release of Final Destination 5 and stuck around thereafter courtesy of the incredibly catchy tune.
Angelina Jolie/Megan Fox
The similarities have been brought up before, but we’d be remiss not to include these two, not only two of Hollywood’s most gorgeous stars, but remarkably similar in their demeanor and the types of characters they play. Fox’s ability to take on a role like Jolie’s in Changeling is questionable, but something like Gia could be right up her alley.
Chris Farley/Robert Capron
There’s bound to be a remake of Tommy Boy or even Beverly Hills Ninja sometime soon, right? Well, should that be the case when Diary of a Wimpy Kid star Robert Capron gets a little older, unless he sheds that baby fat, he’ll undoubtedly be a candidate for the part. And it isn’t all about looks here either. Have you seen the Wimpy Kid movies? Sure, the humor is a little juvenile, but Capron’s a pretty funny kid and off camera, he’s got one heck of a personality.
Rupert Everett/Dylan McDermott/Dermot Mulroney
Time and time again, people mix up Dermot Mulroney and Dylan McDermott. Giving folks the benefit of the doubt, beside the fact that the two share a similar name, they do have a somewhat close look. Still, back in the My Best Friend’s Wedding days, I couldn’t help match up Mulroney with co-star Rupert Everett.
Jack Nicholson/Christian Slater
Christian Slater’s been accused of aping Jack’s voice for years, but honestly, not only do Nicholson and Slater both share those same extreme-arch eyebrows, they rock a similar hairline, too. Go back to the days when they both swept back their longer locks and the resemblance really is spot on. We’ve got a new Carrie and Poltergeist on the way, why not another go at The Shining? Here’s Christian Slater!
Barbara Streisand/Idina Menzel/Leah Michele
Who’s ready for a full three generations of look-alikes? Grandma Barbara Streisand, mama Idina Menzel and a daughter/granddaughter Leah Michele. Not only do all three share a certain prominent central facial feature, but they’ve all seen quite a bit of success in the music, TV, movie and Broadway realms. Should Glee not take advantage of this expansion opportunity, could a family drama-musical be in the cards?
Jesse Eisenberg/Matt Lauria
Shave off Jesse Eisenberg’s curls and who do you get? Friday Night Lights’ Matt Lauria! No wonder I’ve got a bit of a crush on both. Eisenberg is clearly on his way to the absolute top with Now You See Me amongst many other projects, but now that Friday Night Lights is long gone, we’ve got to get Lauria back into the spotlight. The guy is all TV, so how about we make his first feature a brother pairing with Eisenberg? Who really wants that Twins sequel anyway?
Audrey Hepburn/Lily Collins
Some peg Rooney Mara as an Audrey Hepburn look-alike, but what about Mirror Mirror's Lily Collins? You don’t really get more Hepburn than that. Now we’ve got to get Collins to rock her signature look in some meatier roles. Abduction was well, Abduction and while Mirror Mirror was kind of cute, her Snow White was totally understated. Writers, Rosaline and The English Teacher all sound like they’ve got potential, but my eye is on The Mortal Instruments.
Danica McKellar/Caroline D’Amore
After catching Sorority Row, I was pretty certain Maggie was played by The Wonder Years’ Danica McKellar until I took the time to think it over logically and recognize that a nearly 40-year-old actress just cannot play a sorority girl. It’s just too bad nobody opted to make The Wonder Years: The Movie when Caroline D’Amore was young enough to bring Winnie Cooper back to life.
Hugh Grant/Phil Mickelson
Thanks to my mother, I’m a bit of a golf nerd and while I’m sure the Tiger Woods biopic will be first out the gates, should a Phil Mickelson one ever go down, it’s got an easy pick for a leading man. Hugh Grant certainly looks like Mickelson, but what really makes him an ideal Mickelson is that he actually plays golf, too. It’s one thing to make an actor look like a specific golfer via hair and makeup, but it’s far more difficult to teach someone a natural swing.
Miranda Richardson/Julianne Moore
You know how Miranda Richardson just snagged a role in Maleficent? Well, without reading the headline, I glanced at the image accompanying the story and immediately thought Julianne Moore was joining the project. She and Richardson certainly have a similar look in general with their red locks and surprisingly comparable facial features, but the image of Richardson in the news really does look exactly like Moore.
Mae Whitman/Maisie Williams
Who wants more Arya Stark? Up-and-comer Maisie Williams got her start on Game of Thrones and, even though the show is still going strong, let’s get her a big screen gig! Turns out, the 15-year-old actress happens to bear a resemblance to Parenthood’s 23-year-old Mae Whitman and that only leads to one conclusion. No, not a sister movie, but Roxy Richter and Arya Stark’s Big Adventure! Okay, maybe not, but the two look alike. Point made.
Helen Hunt/Leelee Sobieski
What happened to Leelee Sobieski and Helen Hunt? Both are in major need of a big screen comeback, so why not go the obvious route: a mother-daughter film! Their most prominent features match--blond locks, slim eyes and, more so than anything, their narrow noses.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan/Javier Bardem
This one is kind of old news, but when Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Javier Bardem look so much alike, how could it not make the list? Both have similarly colored hair, broad noses, slim lips and get their ruggedness on thanks to a little stubble. On top of sharing comparable facial features, Morgan and Bardem are both also tall, Bardem coming in a six-feet and Morgan at six feet, two inches. A double dose of tall, dark and handsome.
