Every time Julia (Maika Monroe) looks across the street, she sees a mysterious stranger (Burn Gorman) staring back at her. In Watcher, we learn that Julia has recently moved to a big city with her loving boyfriend (Karl Glusman). Her eagerness to jump-start her new life is tempered by the increasing unease she feels from the stranger's creepy gaze, as well as news that a serial killer is stalking the city.
