Chris Messina stars as Will, a therapist dealing with the loss of his beloved wife in The Boogeyman, based on an unforgettable story by Stephen King. As Will struggles with his own pain, his equally devastated children, teenage Sadie (Sophie Thatcher) and her younger sister Sawyer (Vivien Lyra Blair), begin seeing things in the dark that are truly terrifying. Soon they become convinced that a supernatural entity has invaded their home.

In our exclusive clip, Sadie walks through her bedarkened house with the sage Rita (Marin Ireland), who has some experience with the entity. They talk quietly as Rita fills in Sadie on what she knows about the entity, called "The Boogeyman." She also shares some thoughts that are quite frightening, based on her own experience.
