Vin Diesel knows how to use social media. He regularly shares exciting tidbits on his well-populated Facebook page (which boasts 49 million “likes”… so yeah, he has a following). And he keeps an open line of dialogue with his fans which is admirable.

Here’s another thing that’s admirable about Diesel. He’s 46, and he still looks like he could dominate 90% of the rest of the dudes on this planet. Diesel’s training for James Wan’s The Fast & Furious 7, which currently is filming as it races toward a 2014 release date. And in the new video, posted on the Facebook page, Diesel’s sparring with Tony Jaa (!!), international superstar action hero famous for the amazing Ong Bak movies. Check it out below:

The Fast & Furious movies are getting ridiculous in their action-movie pairings, approaching Expendables levels of legendary collaborations. The rock-solid Fast 5 and 6 rolled in such hard-hitting stars as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Gina Carano and Michelle Rodriguez to race alongside Paul Walker, Tyrese and Sung Kang.

Part 7 is upping the ante even higher, adding Jaa, Kurt Russell and a “mysterious” baddie who was teased in the end-credit sequence of Fast 6. Did you see it?

The good news is that you don’t have to wait too long to see the next Fast. Wan will have it in theaters on July 11, 2014. Bookmark our pages, and follow Diesel on Facebook for more teases as they work through preproduction.
