Let this sink in for a moment. Though Tyler Perry's movies, the one's he's written, directed and produced, have been consistently panned by critics, his nine movies have brought in over $246 million in ticket sales and keep in mind, most of them are relegated to limited releases.

Now, we're not defending Perry's movies in any way shape or form. As the tired cliché goes, "It is what it is." That been said, his tenth movie, Tyler Perry's Good Deeds, is set to arrive February 24th and features the writer/producer/director starring as a buttoned-up businessman, a fifth generation Ivy League graduate who was groomed to be a businessman and gentleman. And then Thandie Newton leaves her child in her car while wife Gabrielle Union vents to Rebecca Romijin (?!)about how predictable her husband is.

The trailer closes with Perry's voice over stating, "When it comes down to it, life isn't about how much we get, it's about how much we share."
