Tom Cruise is at it again, and looking to top his own death-defying stunts from Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol.
We've seen the actor perform all kinds of crazy stunts over the years -- the sort of things that would make even grizzled stuntmen a little nervous. He famously sat atop the world's largest building in Dubai for a fantastic action sequence in the last Mission: Impossible movie. However, nothing is likely to top this new imagery of the actor hanging on to the side of an airplane as it cruises at 5,000 feet above the English countryside. That’s just flat-out nuts.
Cruise performed the stunt for the upcoming sequel Mission: Impossible 5. As you can see in the photos and video, that’s the famous actor sporting multiple harnesses to keep him attached to the side of the Airbus A400M as it launches into the sky. We imagine the takeoff and landings were the worst parts of the experience, but you gotta give Cruise credit for doing this.
Check out some more photos of the sequence here, then watch some video above.
Does this top the Dubai sequence from Mission: Impossible -- Ghost Protocol?
