Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. debuted to strong numbers last night scoring the biggest drama premiere in four years. Sandwiched in between the new drama was an almost nonstop barrage of Marvel/Star Wars/Disney commercials. One of those commercials was a new extended look at Thor: The Dark World, which splices in bits of new footage to go along with the most recent trailer we've seen.
Not only did Thor drop a new clip last night, but tickets for the November 8 blockbuster went on sale as well. Showtimes are still coming in over the next few weeks, so if you don't see your theater or a desired showtime, keep checking back.
Thor: The Dark World will screen in regular 35 mm and 3D. Too bad we're not getting the IMAX version stateside, although a lot can change between now and November.
