Next month in Texas a new movie theater is opening up that looks more like Caesar's Palace than it does a place you go to watch movies. It's called the Palladium AVX theater, and its grand Greek-themed appearance gives off a luxurious, over-the-top feel we don't often see with your run-of-the-mill neighborhood theater. It'll house 22 screens, bowling, expanded food and drink options, and more, mixing both art house and Hollywood fare. It sounds incredibly cool, and it's yet more proof that theaters are evolving into destinations where you can do more than just watch a movie.
