A magnificent family adventure beckons in Disney's all-new The Lion King. Young Simba idolizes his father, King Mufasa, and looks forward to the day, sometime in the distant future, when he will assume his rightful place as ruler of the animal kingdom. An unexpected battle, though, forces Simba into immediate exile, where he must learn important life lessons without his beloved father. Thanks to newfound friends, however, he returns to Pride Rock with the purpose of regaining the crown that was stolen from him.
Young people of all ages can enjoy a sprawling adventure of their own at home, courtesy of a series of activity sheets that have been released in celebration of the family-friendly drama. Children can engage in a word Search, draw their own "Circle of Life," and color the adorable characters Timon and Pumbaa! Adults can share their creativity or just sit back and watch with pride as the youngsters are drawn into new adventures.
