Blue Thunder: Action thriller Blue Thunder is returning to the big screen -- but the supercharged surveillance helicopter in the 1983 movie starring Roy Scheider will not be back. Instead, a drone will be the featured attraction of a modern version that is under development by producer Dana Brunetti (Fifty Shades of Grey). Craig Kyle, who has penned a slew of animated titles for Marvel, is on board to write a new script. [Heat Vision]
Let the Right One In: Swedish horror drama Let the Right One In will be adapted for television. The 2008 film, based on a novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist, revolves around a lonely, bullied 12-year-old boy and his friendship with a new neighbor, a girl who looks about his age but is actually a vampire with a couple of centuries on him. Matt Reeves directed an English-language version in 2010. The show for the A&E network will be developed by Jeff Davis (TV's Teen Wolf) and Brandon Boyce. [Live Feed]
