Fantastic Four: New images from Fantastic Four reveal super-serious super-powered characters. We're not quite sure yet why Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan and Kate Mara have such stern faces, but it shows a new approach to the team on the big screen. The movie smashes into theaters on August 7, 2015. [Total Film via Games Radar]
Toy Story 4: Recently, we heard that Toy Story 4 would be a stand-alone romantic comedy. Now comes word that director John Lasseter will welcome a codirector, Josh Cooley. That's not unusual given the tremendous workload involved in making an animated film, and Pixar has certainly done that before. Cooley's credits stretch back to 2006's Cars and he previously directed the Pixar short George & A.J. [Twitter]
The Jaunt: Andy Muschietti (above, on set with producer Guillermo del Toro for Mama) will direct a feature-film version of Stephen King's The Jaunt. King's short story, first published in 1981, is set in the 24th century and explores the idea of teleportation as a father prepares his family for a trip to Mars. Andy Muschietti and Barbara Muschietti are expected to write the script, as they did with Mama. [Deadline]
Adult Beginners Trailer: Rose Byrne appears in a new trailer for Adult Beginners, which looks like a bright and funny comedy. The movie hits theaters on April 24. [Radius-TWC]
