Get It While You Can: Jean-Marc Vallee, who directed Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto to Academy Award-winning performances in Dallas Buyers Club -- as well as the upcoming Wild, starring Reese Witherspoon -- will helm Get It While You Can, a musical drama based on the life of '60s rock icon Janis Joplin. Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock: Channing Tatum, currently enjoying acclaim for his dramatic role in Foxcatcher (above), will make his directorial debut with an adaptation of the young-adult novel Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock by Matthew Quick (Silver Linings Playbook). Tatum will direct the movie with Reid Carolin, his producing partner, and may also take a supporting role; the story follows a troubled teen "who plans to kill his best friend and then himself."
