Gambit: Last month, we heard Edge of Tomorrow and Bourne Identity director Doug Liman was one of the possibilities to take over the X-Men spin-off Gambit following Rupert Wyatt's departure. Now Liman is finalizing a deal to helm the comic book movie, which stars Channing Tatum as the card-tossing titular mutant. The movie is still expected to hit theaters in less than a year on October 7, 2016. [THR]

Toy Story 4: Recent Academy Award winner Patricia Arquette is joining fellow Oscar-caliber talents Tom Hanks and Joan Cusack for the next Toy Story sequel. The Boyhood actress won't be playing a toy, however. She's reportedly voicing a "laid-back" mom described as a "hippie." Arquette has actually never done animation voice work like this before, but she's currently set to voice a character in the 3D-animated Troll remake. [The Wrap]

Where'd You Go, Bernadette?: Speaking of women in Richarad Linklater movies, Cate Blanchett is about to become one. The Boyhood director, who recently dropped The Rosie Project, is moving on to another project, an adaptation of Maria Semple's best-selling novel about a missing architect. Blanchett would presumably play that woman, the titular Bernadette, if current talks for the role work out. [The Wrap]

In addition to the below trailer there's a NSFW red-band versionMoonwalkers hits theaters on January 16. [Movieclips]
