A Wrinkle in Time: The soundtrack listing for Ava DuVernay's A Wrinkle in Time has been revealed. It includes a few surprises, such as a rare new recording by Sade; it's only the second song she has contributed to a soundtrack. DuVernay (above with Storm Reid) produced the soundtrack, which also includes an end-credit song performed by DJ Khaled featuring Demi Lovato.The soundtrack will be released when the movie opens in theaters everywhere on March 9. Pinocchio: Director Paul King is very much in demand after the worldwide success of Paddington and Paddington 2. Last week we heard that he was in final negotiations to direct a new version of Willy Wonka. Now comes word that he is in talks with Disney to direct a live-action version of Pinocchio. Jack Thorne is currently writing a new draft of the script, inspired by Disney's classic animated version (above), which revolves around a puppet who becomes a real boy. [Variety]

Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur: An animated series based on a popular comic book series is now under development at Disney Channels Worldwide. First published in 2016, Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur centers around an extremely intelligent 9-year-old African-American girl with superpowers who teams up with the titular dinosaur on a variety of adventures.
