1) Just like Johnny Depp was the rebel you loved to watch in Pirates, so will it be with Robert Downey, Jr. in IronMan.
2) Watch the trailer. Then watch the trailer again. This one has everything. It's funny. It's got lots of cool-looking action. And once again, it has Downey, Jr.
3) Jon Favreau of Swingers fame is the right guy to direct this movie. He'll know how to please the fanboys, and it also looks like he'll be able to please just about every other demographic, too.
4) Was that Terrence Howard in that one shot? Why yes it was, and just like The Brave One this week, it's never a bad idea to have Terrence Howard from Crash in your movie. Throw in Jeff Bridges and Gwyneth Paltrow and voila, summer 2008 is already beginning to look fantastic.
