With the unfortunate news that Michael Cera's latest movie, Youth in Revolt, didn't exactly take the box office by storm, some folks are suggesting that the actor's star may be significantly dimming. While I personally thought this was Cera's most versatile role to date, others still aren't all too impressed with the guy's skinny, awkward hipster-indie shtick, and, as such, they've created this little flowchart that shows you exactly which ingredients go into making a Michael Cera movie (the joke being that it's not too hard to figure out what his next film will look like).

I'm still a fan of the guy, though, and think he still has a bunch of unexpected performances left in him. And if you don't think Youth in Revolt is that far of a stretch for him, then wait till you get a load of this summer's Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. So, yeah, let's not hang him out to dry…yet.
