Created by Charles Addams as a single-panel cartoon that was first published in 1938, The Addams Family leapt to live-action television in the 1960s, revolving around a loving family unit with a special interest in the macabre. Two feature films in the 1990s proved to be popular with a new generation of viewers. Now an all-new animated version showcases the beloved family as they make big changes in their lives, moving to the most spooky place on Earth: New Jersey!

In our exclusive featurette, director Conrad Vernon explains: "Everyone fell in love with Charles Addams' original comics. These amazing characters stretched back to the 1930s." Oscar Isaac, who voices Gomez Adams, says: "To see those drawings and those characterizations come to life has been really exciting, because it's such an iconic, strange, kooky, spooky family, but also very funny." Director Vernon adds: "We took a page from Charles Addams and did our own version of The Addams Family in a really fun way."
