Set to brighten movie screens in October, The Addams Family is the newest version of a cheery, if morbid, domestic unit created by cartoonist Charles Addams in the darkest days of the U.S. economic depression. A set of new character posters teases the fun to come.
Oscar Isaac and Charlize Theron will star as Gomez and Morticia Addams in the animated comedy. Their daughter Wednesday will be played by Chloe Grace Moretz and Finn Wolfhard will portray older brother Pugsley. Nick Kroll also stars as Uncle Fester, with Bette Midler as Grandma.
