Big weekend folks! We’ve finally dug ourselves out from under the cold, harsh, lackluster winter movie season, and are now beginning to see signs of things picking up again at the box office. Before you know it we’ll be into March and some much larger films will begin heading our way. For now, though, let’s take a look at what will be heating up theaters this week.

What’s The Scoop: Adam Sandler stars as a plastic surgeon who lies about having an ex-wife while trying to seduce a younger (and ridiculously sexy) girl, and then has to create this fictional other life (complete with fake ex-wife, played by Jennifer Aniston) in order to keep seeing the girl of his dreams.
Why It Might Win The Weekend: Adam Sandler equals gold at the box office, and it doesn’t hurt that he’s got two beauties alongside him in Jennifer Aniston and Brooklyn Decker. It’ll have some tough competition from Justin Bieber fanatics, but it’ll definitely give The Biebs a run for his money.

What’s The Scoop: Speaking of Justin Bieber, the little dude hits theaters with his first 3D extravaganza this weekend. In it, we learn about Justin’s rise to the top through interviews with everyone in his life – all of it set against the backdrop of Bieber’s first live show at Madison Square Garden. Oh, and did we mention it’s in 3D.
Why It Might Win The Weekend: C’mon now, do you even need me to write anything here. How about two words: Justin Bieber.

What’s The Scoop: Channing Tatum stars as a Roman soldier who heads out to honor his father’s memory by locating his lost legion’s golden emblem. Cue lots and lots of swordplay.
Why It Might Win The Weekend: Hey, we’ve got action, suspense, and a bevy of Roman soldiers wearing next to nothing. There’s an audience for that, right?

What’s The Scoop: Your animated option this weekend re-tells the Romeo & Juliet story via those cute and cuddly garden gnomes.
Why It Might Win The Weekend: While the older brothers and sisters are seeing Never Say Never for the fourth time, parents may want to take the younger ones to see this alternative.

My Prediction: Again, two words: Justin Bieber.
Now it’s your turn – let us know which film you think will win the weekend below by sounding off in our weekly poll.
