Jim Parsons Big Bang Theory

Back in 2005 Warner Bros. shelled out a lot of money to buy a script called Man-Witch. At various points it was set to star Jack Black or Zach Galifianakis and The Hangover's Todd Phillips had even been attached to direct it. Obviously those versions never came to pass -- pretty sure we'd all remember a Jack Black comedy called Man-Witch -- but Warner Bros. is still content to get its money's worth.

This time it just may.

The Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons is currently in talks with the studio to not only produce the movie, but star in it as well. So what exactly is a Man-Witch? Turns out it's exactly what the title implies.

Parsons would play a teacher who learns late in life that he actually has the powers of a witch. He seeks out others like him and in doing so winds up at a witch school where all of his classmates are little girl witches. Yeah, that sounds like it definitely could have been a Jack Black comedy from 10 years ago.

The movie doesn't have a director at this stage, so it certainly could stall out yet again, but considering we'd love to see a comedy about a grown man enrolled in a Hogwarts-like school for kids, we kind of hope Man-Witch does finally happen.
