With just under a month before festivities get underway, the 2012 AFI Film Festival committee announced a slew of films that will be screening at the annual event. It was announced last week that Hitchcock would be the Opening Night film and about a month ago, Lincoln was chosen as the Closing Night movie. The matter of filling in which movies get screened in between those two titles became a bit clearer today.
While the full schedule will be announced on October 15 and free tickets are available to the public on October 25, here are the films that have been added and confirmed for the festival.
