Boyhood and The Grand Budapest Hotel took top honors at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards during a wild night that featured passionate speeches, edgy humor, jaw-dropping attire and at least one game of "Would You Rather," thanks to Tina Fey and Amy Poehler (psst... we like Ruffalo, too, Amy). It's the year we unfortunately bid farewell to Fey and Poehler as Golden Globe hosts, and the ladies -- who star opposite each other in Sisters, due out December 18 -- pulled no punches, once again injecting one of the year's biggest awards shows with a bevy of crazy, Instagram-able moments worthy of sharing on your social platform of choice. Moments like this one...
Cecil B. DeMille award recipient George Clooney wooed us with some beautiful words about his career and his new wife, Amal...
... while Naomi Watts stunned us with the night's best example of accessorizing like a boss.
The night's greatest tearjerker came courtesy of Best Actor (Comedy/Musical) winner Michael Keaton, who got all choked up on stage when talking about the importance of friendships, including the one he has with his son, Sean.
Meanwhile, the duo Twitter would most like to see host next year are Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig...and we have to say we agree. Do you?
Other big movie winners included Still Alice's Julianne Moore (Best Actress, Drama), The Theory of Everything's Eddie Redmayne (Best Actor, Drama), Boyhood's Patricia Arquette (Best Supporting Actress), Big Eyes' Amy Adams (Best Actress, Comedy/Musical), and Whiplash's J.K. Simmons (Best Supporting Actor).
These two helped How to Train Your Dragon 2 take home Best Animated Film...
...and the year's Best Song ("Glory" from Selma) sounds a little something like this.
Here is a complete list of tonight's winners for both the movie and TV categories. Biggest surprises and snubs? Sound off in the comments and let us know what you think!
