Young ensign Craig Morrison (Paul Wesley of "Vampire Diaries"), is sent on an undercover assignment with Lieutenant Gwen Stiles, Ivana Milicevic (Casino Royale), to investigate the disappearance of a dolphin from the Navy’s Marine Mammal Command outpost in the Bahamas.
