“Aydaygooay” (2007, Canada, 6 min.) This blended live-action and animation short tells the Sayisi Dene story of Aydaygooay, a young man who brings the caribou back to his people. Director Mary Code trained as a nurse, raised a family, and turned to filmmaking in 1990. This is her first animated production. In Sayisi Dene with English subtitles.
