Trailer: 'Wrath of the Titans' Take Darker, Gritter Tone

[UPDATE] We've added a few new banner posters that were released in conjunction with the trailer as well as the first official still of Sam Worthington's Perseus charging into combat. Check them out below and click them for larger versions.

Looks like Perseus wasn't about to let Bruce Wayne hog all the spotlight today. While much has been made about the less than stellar 3D conversion of Clash of the Titans, it still made buckets of money. And so, here is the first trailer for Wrath of the Titans, directed by Battle: Los Angeles' Jonathan Liebesman and featuring Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson, a much grittier and darker tone and an upgrade in the CGI department.

Wrath of the Titans arrives March 30, 2012.

First one was cool but this looks un-freaking-believably amazing! This is what the first one should have been, dark and gritty. I'm not sure if I like Worthington's hairstyle but it won't prevent me from seeing the movie that's for sure.

Looks very promising and hope it does far more better then the last Titan's movie (which was okay) but this looks really great and I like the seriousness on Actor's Sam Worthington's and Mr. Neeson's faces. Heavy intense action scenes and those Monsters...'frightenting. I look forward to the WRATH Of The TITANS. Looks great!!!

it kinda reminds me of the 'IMMORTALS' advert but this sure does look promising! I can see that my homie Sam worthington is sporting the 'Henry Hamlin' hairstyle from the 1981 Clash of the Titans.
