Last week a new, longer trailer for Captain America: The First Avenger was shown to the attendees of the Hero Complex Film Festival, but don't worry if you missed it. There's no need to curse the sky and build a time machine, just click the big box below to watch a digitally shrunken Chris Evans turn into a super soldier and kick a bunch of Nazi ass.
Oh, and that song you hear? That's Tool's "Forty Six & 2," in case you were wondering.

Fanboy Fix, Captain America
i like marvel and dc both ...........
looks pretty good cant wait to go see it
Being a DC die hard is saddens me that Marvel is winning in the movie department...
i got the feeling is gonna be boring
Looking forward to seeing this movie.
Looks like it's worth seeing!!!!
I can't wait! I just can't friggin' wait!!!!!
All the recent Marvel movies are connected except First Class. Check out the alternate beginning for The Incredible Hulk. Scene: glacier. Hulk gets mad smashes glacier. I wonder why this was put in the dvd? Could the the Captain be in the ice? I'm just guessing. Fan-boy out.
yeah i saw that too, could be...........did u like the way the present the Hulk? im hoping the come up with a more believeable product like Mr. Hyde from the League of Extradinary Gentlemen
If you pause the glacier scene, there is an outline of Caps shield in the ice. The colored rings are clearly visible... check it out.
I checked the alternate opening & at approximately 1:24 not only can you see the shield you can see Cap
Well that was a some what Better trailer then all the others. This looks like it won't be That bad when I'm forced to see it.
your forced to see movies...how sad :(
Yeah, It looks pretty bad and I don't like Captain America as a super hero but If there is the prospect of material relating to "The Avengers" Then I have to see it. You use facebook...how sad.
such negativity and it is relating to the avengers
If they follow the books at all it's pretty easy. Shortly after WWII cap was lost at sea, Iron Man found him in an iceberg and revived him. I don't know if they'll keep to that but he'll get preserved somehow no doubt.
Could someone please explain how The Avengers is going to be possible if Captain America is a period piece?
Captain America is frozen in ice, left in suspended animation for decades and revived during modern day America. This may be the ending of the movie and I'm sorry if I spoiled it for you but you wanted to know.
He gets frozen. Gets revived in a "different" time.
Cap is suspended in animation "frozen" for 50 yrs untill our present day......U didnt read the comics huh.
Now that was a good trailer. I don't think that I need to see the movie now LOL
Looks impressive. Chris Evans might actually pull this off. I also have a feeling that Hydra is going to be involved in next year's Marvel superhero extravaganza. The pieces are coming together perfectly and the final product is going to be huge. Not as huge as "The Dark Knight Rises," but still huge.
"Welcome to the party, pal."
"I am serious... and don't call me Shirley."
"When am I gonna learn how to punch?"
"These go to eleven."
"Benjamin, have you ever been severely beaten about the face & neck?"
"Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming."
"You're gonna need a bigger boat."
"Jessica's got cable."
