A fascinating and moving piece about addiction of several kinds - not just food. Not a "Pollyanna" fairy tale; there are sucesses and failures here in a context to which most people can relate in one way or another.

A fantastic ensemble cast of a few faces you know and some striking newcomers create a number of interwoven relationships that continue to evolve through the picture.

This is an "indie" film, no car crashes or big budget special effects, not a single blue skinned person in the whole thing. If you like to see real stories told by great actors that make you question things you might have taken for granted before, I highly recommend this.

Lbs. was wonderful! A touching and inspiring depiction about addiction and acceptance. Loved that it did not sell out at the end and give the audience a "Hollywood" ending. The characters were real and powerful. Defintiley one to see!
