    Real

Amazing how many people could care less about the humanitarian efforts that other people strive to do. It just shows how most people are ignorant to the realization of what really goes on in these Third World countries. This documentary was not bad at all. It was definitely an effort on MSF's part to attract attention to their cause. Bravo to the doctors and healthcare staff all over the world that put their lives out there to make a difference.

    Raw look at humanitarian work

I really liked this documentary. I've been interested in MSF for a while and I was glad to have the chance to see this movie in a theater. I thought it was a raw, gritty look at humanitarian medical work. It was both funny and deeply moving at points. The fact that no other film has looked at the work of MSF like this was incredible to me. It is a must see for those interested in humanitarian aide!

"Doctors Without Borders: Live w/ Elisabeth Vargas"

Must-see learning experience for high schoolers and older. Film itself haunting. accurate, incisive, daunting revelations. Experienced documentarian captures raw, gruesome realities, tensions, & abject horrors of disaster/war health care while embedded with Medicin Sans Frontieres workers in civil war-ravaged Africa (eg. Monrovia). Live panel discussion afterwards anti-climactic (poorly led by Elisabeth Vargas w/ insubstantial, almost worthless questions & follow-up).
