    This movie does not live up to the hype wait for it to come out and rent it unless you really have the need to see something in 3d there are way better movies out there the plot is very basic and went far away from the original save your money

    if this is the future of movie making then count me out. i dont care what anyone says special effects does nothing next to a good actor. now as for this film the i dont remember the story being this way, but the charicters were absolutly boring. beowulf was so full of himself i wanted anything or anyone to kill his macho ego. so if you are into alot of mindless violence and sex and so so cg then by all means go see this film. on the other hand if you are still a fan of good intersting movies with intersting charicters then run away and dont look back. as i said before if this is the future then i dont want to be a part of it.
